I have a pleasant single room available from 1st August. You’ll be sharing with us, the owners (a chef and a sculptor). The house is set in some lovely open grounds.

I’m looking for a mature full-time professional person, a non-smoker please.

It’s a quiet end-terrace house set in an open green area backing onto a park.
It’s 15 minutes’ walk from the city centre, and there are frequent buses into town (10 mins).

You would share
• a kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, etc
• a bathroom with a shower
• broadband access
• patio extending into communal garden areas
• free parking on road
• local shops including Spar 5 minutes away.

£450pcm including all bills
