My lovely housemate is spreading her wings and will be leaving on the 1st September so I am looking for a new housemate. It's a lovely two bedroom house just off Burton Stone Lane with free on street parking and a small yard at the back 🌸🌷🌸
We have wifi & bills already set up but this will be an additional price to the rent. The landlord also likes a minimum 12 month contract at first and then it rolls monthly.
Ideally I would love to find someone who is likeminded - I love socialising and also having my downtime. I love music and yoga and getting outdoors. I've made such great friends through spare room so it would be nice to meet another! Can send photos of the room and house / arrange viewings if interested ☺️
