Double room in spacious house in Fulford

Due to a change in circumstance, my housemate is moving out and I am in need of a housemate. The house is located a 20 minute walk from the centre of York, with a bus stop located at the top of the road with frequent buses and a 5 minute journey to town, 10 minutes to the station.

- Loft space
- Small garden
- Bike storage shed

The bedroom will be unfurnished, but the rest of the house will not be. There is a washing machine and dryer, and parking will be done through a permit allowing you to park on the street.

I work in retail and can work sometimes long and unsociable hours, but I am hoping to find someone who is friendly, tidy, and looking to make this house feel like a home.
