Double Room for Rent in Fulford

One double room to rent in a 3 bed house in Fulford, York. For female housemate only please.

Very close to Aldi and river walks, about 20 minute walk to the city centre.
On bus route.

House is shared with myself and one other female flatmate. We would prefer another female housemate to join.
We are both just finishing postgraduate degrees and also work part time. Soon to be full time.
We generally keep to ourselves but are up for chats too!

The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room.
Bills are not included in the rent and are split equally between us, including council tax, so we ideally need a professional or part time postgraduate student. Bills are approximately £70-£85 a month with utilities, wifi and council tax
