Double room, available weekdays, York

I am seeking a weekday tenant, Monday to Friday (5nights) term time preferably (but open to negotiation). I live at the apartment but am often away, so you will have the apartment to yourself for much of the time. It is a 5 minute walk to the popular Bishopthorpe rd., 10 minutes walk to the train station and city centre and a 15 minute cycle ride to the university. There are covered bicycle racks available. You will have a double room ensuite, and use of the living room and kitchen.
Ideally the room would suit an academic at the university, a mature student or Phd student or a professional with alternative weekend accommodation available to them.
