Double bedroom for rent

We are two girls that are looking for a tenant for our three bed house. All the rooms are doubles, the bathroom is downstairs and is nicely decorated and modern as well as the kitchen. there’s a shared living room that’s a good size and the bedrooms are well sized. We are both tidy girls who love a wine mum night in or a night out. The house is also being newly decorated at the minute. The council tax for the house is band B and the rent is £650 a month excluding bills. It’s a 5 minute walk to York St John with a sainsbury’s at the end of the street and towns a 20 minute walk away.
