Description
Hi there!
I’m looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to share a two-bedroom flat located near Micklegate and Bishy Road. I'm 28, just about to graduate with my master’s and starting my new job, so I’m hoping to find someone who is also a postgraduate student or a working professional. I'm a pretty social person, and like for the living room to be a place to chat and catch up but I also respect the need for personal space. I like literature, board games and ttrpgs and drinking overpriced iced lattes.
About the Flat:
- Location: Perfectly situated in a central area, just a 15-minute walk from the city centre. You’ll have easy access to all the shops, cafes, and restaurants that Bishy Road have to offer as well as being close to city centre.
- Transport Links: Excellent bus connections to the town centre and the university make commuting a breeze, the train station is also a short walk away.
- Room: It’s a small but cosy room, furnished and ready to move in.
Rent and Bills:
- Rent is very reasonable for the area, and we’ll split the bills fairly. They currently come to about £90 a month per person.
About You:
I’m looking for a respectful, easy-going flatmate who appreciates a clean and quiet living environment. Ideally, you are either pursuing postgraduate studies or working professionally.
If you think you’d be a good fit, please get in touch and tell me a bit about yourself. I’d love to meet you and show you around the flat!
Best regards,
Ingrid
