House for Rent - early April - late July

Hello,

We have a fully furnished two bedroom house that we are looking to rent while we are away from 2 April to 25 July. Ideally we are looking for someone to take the house for most of the above period, but release that circumstances vary and are happy to negotiate for the right tenant.

There is one large bedroom and another study with a foldout futon-style sofa/bed. So more suitable to an individual or couple with the odd guest. Internet included in the price, but utilities not.

The house is on a quiet street near the centre of town, the river and Rowntrees park.

In the past we have rented to graduate students needing accomodation for a short period of time. But any quiet and clean individual needing short term accomodation is welcome.
