Short-term flat share female only

Hi! I’m a 35-year-old female professional and I have a spare bedroom in my flat that I’m renting out for the next 3-6 months. I’m looking for a female non-smoker flatmate to share the space with.

The flat is cozy and fully furnished. It would be great if you drive, as it’s a 30-minute walk into central York, It’s only a 8-minute drive. Alternatively, there are some bus routes operating nearby. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom will be shared between us. There is a TV in the living room, and you’re welcomed to use Netflix. Your bedroom includes a wardrobe, a king-size bed, and a chest of drawers.
