Females only- Double bedroom in warm house for two

Hello,

My current housemate is moving out to different country, so I am looking for a new female housemate to move in late October (no students, sorry!)

It's a two double bedroom furnished house, with 1 spacious bathroom, and a third bedroom that is used as an office/storage/to dry clothes in winter.

Rent per room is £575 p/m (£700 monthly per person in average with all bills and council tax Band C included). The whole house rent is £1150 and will not increase in the following 12 months as confirmed by the landlord. Deposit is £575 p/m

The house is in Clifton, in very good conditions and in a very good location. It has a nice garden and shed in the back, parking space in the front, cozy living room and tidy kitchen.

-Walk to the city centre in 25 minutes or cycle in 8 minutes.
-York Train Station is 30 minute walking or 10 mins cycling.
-Bust stop for number 6 is just behind the house, 1-2 minutes walking.

Your bedroom will be spacious and furnished (bed, drawers, etc) and has two large windows facing the garden.

The landlord is a very nice guy and very supportive. One of the reasons I wouldn't like to move out is because of how nice he is.

***Who will you be living with?***

My name is Cecilia. I am a 28-years old mexican that has been living in the UK for 3 years (including more than one year in this beautiful house). I am a biology/sustainability professional working as a public servant. I love dancing, reading, languages and travelling. I enjoy relaxing evenings reading, cooking or watching series, sitting in the garden or going out with my friends. I don't tend to organise big parties at home, but occasionally I do invite my friends to have dinner.

***What am I looking for?***

I am looking to share the house with someone that matches my lifestyle and ideally similar age. Someone who is able to be a team player regarding house responsibilities (cleaning, paying bills, buying general items, etc), who is interested in an intercultural environment, who I can agree and follow a cleaning schedule with, and who does not throw parties regularly and respects times to sleep and work schedules. Sorry, no smokers at all and vapers only outside. Friends/other half staying over is fine to me as long as we communicate in advance and it's not all the time.
