The house is situated at Custance Walk which is a few mins walk to the train station (literally 4 mins walk). The rent is £180 per person per week including all bills per month.
The house is currently going through a full renovation but will be ready for tenants to move in from 13th September. An added benefit is that there is NO SUMMER rent, as the tenancy finishes on 30th June 2025
