I am currently looking for someone to replace my room in a 2-bedroom apartment as I'm moving to other cities.
The apartment is right in the city centre in York, next to Clifftord's Tower, with bus stop right outside of the building and tesco/sainsburies within 5 mins walk. A lot of nice cafes and pubs nearby as well!
The room is en-suit so you can have your own bathroom. There's also a toilet downstair that can be shared with.
It's a two-floor apartment with kitchen, lounge, and toilet downstairs and two en-suit double bedrooms upstairs. There're TVs, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc, everything you need is here already!
Rent is £550 per month, with an additional deposit of £600 upon moving in.
Bills (electricity, council tax, wifi) will be around 150-200per month.
The current contract is till 18th Dec but if you'd love to stay, you can extend the contract with the landlord.
The flatmate is a professional working in finance, very easy to get along with and chill with.
