One double room available INCLUDING BILLS in townhouse in Osbaldwick, York

2nd floor double room has a king sized bed, desk, chair, large double wardrobe and shelving unit.

All rooms have a lock on the door for extra security. There is also on street parking available at the side of the house and a bike shed available to use.

Bills are included in room price. This includes water, gas, electric, TV License, unlimited fibre optic broadband and council tax (if applicable).

**Viewings are flexible but need a day’s notice, in person or via FaceTime or WhatsApp**

All utensils, cooking equipment, communal cleaning equipment is provided (cost of cleaning products, loo roll, kitchen roll etc is shared between us all). There is a shared kitchen/lounge and a bathroom on all floors. There is also a spacious paved back yard and shed for bikes etc.

The house is a 15 minute walk approx. to the university and there is a bus stop right outside the housing estate which goes to the city centre, Clifton moor and the hospital. Supermarkets, takeaways and gym all nearby within ten minute walk. We are also by A64 for those who need to commute.

Housemates - currently all professionals. We are a fairly quiet bunch who respect each others space.
