Double bed room up for sale in house of three york

Looking for a female to take over my tenancy in a 3 bedroom house close to york city centre. Its a 10 min walk to St John uni and 15 into town. The two other tenants are female students who I've previously lived with and have been lovely flatmates, they enjoy having a very clean space and having movie nights sometimes together etc

The room is a double bed room with considerble space for storage as seen in photos, there is also parking outside the front and a well sized garden the room overlooks

The room is £172 pw with all bills/broadband included under contract, also council tax emption has been applied for as this is a student house - this property is managed by IG propertys who deal with most students lets in york. However as tenants we agreed that the person taking the smaller room would be compensated, my share of this is £5 contribution per week to be paid direct to the tenant, but this arrangement can be discussed further.
