The room is a large double in a luxurious modern extremely well appointed house with all mod cons.

The house is on a quiet road in a private estate with no through traffic.. There is a large south facing rear garden. .

Great if you want to share the cooking.

You will need to be a professional, working towards qualification or a quiet mature student.

My cat is an integral part of the household. You need to like cats. This is essential. Please only apply if you like cats. She is a gentle 14 year old lady, calm and affectionate. She needs a lodger who will respect her space and treat her kindly. If she is stressed or uncomfortable around you then it won’t be the right fit. You must genuinely like cats and be comfortable interacting with her. She has diabetes and screeches a bit in the very early morning. This will probably disturb your sleep.

It takes me 25 minutes to briskly walk into town. There is a bus stop nearby that takes a few minutes into the town centre. The house is a 3 minute drive to two large shopping centres , a great gym and swimming pool..

You will have the use of a shared inside office. I mostly use the outside office. There is a very large kitchen diner for shared use.

Looking for a clean living and well mannered housemate . I would prefer someone who won’t have guests sleeping over.
