Single Room Available in Shared House

We have a single room available in a shared house. The room is currently occupied with the aim of it being available mid to late September.

The single room comes unfurnished with possible of bed to be provided dependant on circumstances.

The room itself is 2m x 4.1m with two large windows facing to the garden allowing lots of natural light. The room does have the boiler in which does make noise when it comes on. We can arrange times not to use the boiler to prevent any disturbances as we have done with the previous tenants.

The house comprises of a spacious open plan living room/dining room/ kitchen with 6 hob gas cooker with double ovens and separate grill. There is an adjoining sun room which is currently used as a home office that leads to a washing room (washing machine, no dryer). There is a large garden with patio that leads down to the river (no public access). The garden is a lot of work so if you have a green thumb, you are more than welcome to get involved!

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom comprises of a separate walk in shower, freestanding claw bath tub, toilet and sink.
