Central york flat, private kitchen, great view

Hi! We are a family of 4 (two teenage daughters) who have recently moved to york.

We are looking for a female professional to occupy the top floor of our house. The house is a listed building in central York (on The Mount near Micklegate) and we are offering the whole top floor, which is a self-contained flat. The flat has:

-- A large sleeping and living area, divided into a sleeping/dressing area and a living/office area, lit by two large dormer windows with view over York.
-- A private kitchen
-- A large luxury bathroom with claw foot bathtub and views.

The flat is accessed via the main stairwell of the house. All bills, broadband, and council tax are included. Laundry machines are in a utility room you'd share with us.

We are a friendly but pretty quiet family, happy to chat or to leave you alone -- the house is big and the neighbors are very quiet. We can discuss altering the furniture, or providing parking, if you like.
