I've got a couple of rooms to rent in a house that I'm planning to renovate that somebody may want to use. That means that currently, the rooms, kitchen, bathroom might be not in the best condition. thus the initial rent is low. That means that I'm looking for tenants that can save themselves some money on their rent, but at the same time, cope with no the best state of the house and accept that during the tenancy there will be inconveniences due to ongoing renovation. After renovation is completed the rent will increase,. You are free to consider the tenancy short term, or long term if we agree on the future rent.

Currently the rooms are unfurnished, but I can help organizing 2nd hand furnitures (we will pay for it).

The bills are included, apart from the internet (currently there is no internet at the property).
