Hi, this is Kae. I am a fourth-year PhD student at the University of York, and I am looking for a clean and tidy female roommate to share with me a two-bedroom house in YO10, near UoY, Aldi, and Sainsbury.
£525 per month per person without bills.
Bills per month per person: Water £20, Internet £20, Electricity&gas £50-120 (depends gas usage & season)
Is anyone interested in renting a house for the long term? (12 months lease)
Please message me if you are a master’s degree or PhD student and have a visa until the end of next year (in the case of internationals).
We can start the lease on 15th November 2024.
