The area is quiet and suburban within York. Close by are direct and quick public transport links to the city centre and both Universities. There are scenic bike routes through the area with access to a lake and parklands.
There is a parking space available to you and the area has excellent access to the ring road. Clifton Moor retail park is either a drive or a short walk away.
