Each room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and a wardrobe.
- Room 1: £750 per month
- Room 3: £800 per month

The cost includes Wi-Fi.
Bills for electricity, gas, water, and council tax (tax band C - £1,812.14/ year) are not included and will be shared based on usage.*

My name is Sandra, and I am the live-in landlady. I work a lot and often travel for work, so I’m rarely home. The house will have three lodgers, including yourself. My goal is to create a comfortable, friendly, and productive living environment for everyone. Cleanliness and tidiness are key to maintaining a functional home, so I’m looking for housemates who are clean, respectful, and value a well-kept space.

The house is newly refurbished, and it’s important that everyone helps maintain the high standard and peaceful atmosphere. This is not a party house, but healthy socialising is always welcome.
