Both housemates are PhD students at UoY and looking for a like-minded fellow postgraduate or mature student to fill the extra room. Let available from December this year. Contract extends to July 2025 and can be extended on a yearly basis.

Fully furnished ground floor bedroom with double doors leading out to a well-maintained garden and lawn. Room comes with desk, cupboard, shelves and drawers. House includes a nice kitchen space which is more than sufficient for three people, with seperate washer and dryer. Also features a spacious communal living room, nice bathroom with bath/shower and a garage (which is currently used for storage).

Rent is approx 745 p. p.p. m with all bills included.
