Small and medium rooms are available for rent in a shared house for professionals, bills included. This beautiful three-bedroom house is located in the popular area of Holgate, York. It has a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in a clean, bright and homely environment.

Both bedrooms have a wardrobe, shelve unit, desk, office chair and large uPVC window. The medium size bedroom has a double bed frame with mattress and the small size bedroom has a small double bed frame with mattress. The house has a shared kitchen with two full height fridge freezers, a bathroom, a dining room with a six-seater dining table and a living room with a large sofa. There is a patio area at the back of the house with a shed for storing bicycles and extra storage under the stairs for large bulky items such as suitcases. Entrance hall has a long coat rack and plenty of shoe cabinets for convenient storage.

The local shop is one minute walk away and the bus into town stops immediately outside the house. Walking is 30-minutes to the city centre or a quick 10-minute bike ride. On-street parking is available and there are always spaces free on the main street or the streets behind.

The current tenant is an international young professional, female, who is easy-going, sociable and friendly, and we are looking for two more friendly tenants to complete the house!

The minimum contract is six months with a monthly rolling contract thereafter. Deposit is one month equivalent which is refundable upon termination of the tenancy.
Small size bedroom is £600.
Medium size bedroom is £650.
