The flat is two stories and has a small outdoor patio at the front with a table and chairs. All bills are included and the flat is fully furnished. There are two bathrooms, a charming kitchen with a washing machine, and a living room with a television. The room for let, has a double bed and mattress, a wardrobe, and a desk and chair with shelves. This is a student let so all tenants are exempt from council tax.
