I’m 27 and have been a mechanic for BMW for nearly 7 years. I work 4 on 4 off 12 hour rolling shifts 7am-7pm. Clean and tidy, bought the house a year ago and have had a friend living with me from the start until he moved out with his girlfriend a couple weeks ago. I’m enjoying making improvements to the house to my taste but have been getting some bits outside done over summer to then get bits done inside over winter (The lovely living room carpet is next)😂
So things will only improve over time but generally the house is very well looked after.

The double room to rent is furnished but happy to swap anything in/out as required it’s currently how the previous tenant wanted it
