Bought the house 2 years ago and have been renting my spare room out through the entirety with a friend from college for the first year until he moved out with his girlfriend, a mutual friend for 2 months before they bought a house and vet nurse/s since December who are moving out together when i arrive back from travelling. I’m enjoying making improvements to the house to my taste, did some bits outside done over last summer to then get bits done inside over this winter (The lovely living room carpet is next)😂
So things will only improve over time but generally the house is very well looked after.
The double room to rent is furnished but happy to swap anything in/out as required it’s currently how the previous tenant wanted it
