Bought the house 2 years ago and have been renting my spare room out through the entirety with a friend from college for the first year until he moved out with his girlfriend, a mutual friend for 2 months before he bought a house and vet nurse/s since December and whilst I was away. I’m enjoying making improvements to the house to my taste. Bathroom will be next (should be done before March/first week of March (will only take up to 3 days) and the lovely living room carpet is next😂
So things will only improve over time but generally the house is very well looked after.
The double room to rent is furnished but happy to swap anything in/out as required it’s currently how the previous tenant wanted it
