Loft Double Bedroom in Central 2-Bed Flat

Hello! My name is Caroline, and I am currently looking for someone to replace my flatmate in our two bedroom flat.

The flat is located on the first floor of a terraced house, and the room that is available is a lovely spacious open loft overlooking the living room. There is a small kitchen fitted with all major appliances, and a shared bathroom as well.

The flat is unfurnished, so you would have to bring your own furniture to fill the room (however, my flatmate is willing to sell her bed to the next tenant if that would be helpful).
My flatmate owns all of the other furniture in the communal areas as well, so once she moves out I will be looking at replacing the major items such as the sofa, kitchen table, etc.

The flat is located in Bishophill, just within the city walls between Skeldergate Bridge and Ouse Bridge. It is a gorgeous area, with easy access to the city centre, pubs and shops on Micklegate and Bishopthorpe Road, and about a 10 minute walk to the train station.

The rent is £650 per month per person, and monthly bills usually come out to around £150 per person, which cover council tax (band B), water, wifi, electricity, etc.

A bit about me: I am a young professional working in the museums sector here in York. In my spare time, I love to watch films and go to the cinema, visit museums, and go for walks around the area. I consider myself to be a neat and generally quiet flatmate, but I love to have a chat and relax too :)
