Bedroom to rent in Acomb York

I'm looking for somebody to move into the spare bedroom of the 2 bedroom flat I currently occupy.
it's a great opportunity for somebody looking for a medium/short term let in a good area of York for a very competitive price.

The agreement would be for 6 months from the end of October as that's when my current tenancy agreement will expire - end of April 2025.

The flat is a good size with a spacious kitchen/living area
the bedroom is large with a full sized double bed and mattress. (other furniture in the room not included)

There's a shared parking spot which I don't use very often, and also plenty of free on-street parking.
you'll be within spitting distance of Acomb Highstreet so plenty of access to local shops etc.

No preference in terms of flatmate as long as you're easy going and happy to help me with cleaning etc.

Bills not included in the price (although you can have access to my Netflix)
current bills are approximately £200 per month (internet, water, council tax & broadband) but I do expect this to come down a bit as I've been overpaying for electricity and looking to get a cheaper rate on internet.
