Attic room in lovely house near Bishopthorpe Road

We are renting out one of the two rooms in our lovely two bedroom terrace house located near to the popular Bishopthorpe Road and river Ouse. The shared space includes a well equipped open-plan kitchen/diner, a cosy living room, bathroom, small garden and shed to store bikes. The room available is an attic room which overlooks the historic Terry's chocolate factory and is complete with skylights and black-out blinds. It is part-furnished with a desk, storage and mattress. There is both front and back access to the house which makes it great for bikes.

Currently there is one international MA student living in the house who keeps the house clean and tidy, who you would share all the bills with. We are looking for either a post-graduate student or young professional to join them and would like someone who will take good care of the house and be a polite housemate.

Your landlords would be two expats living in the Netherlands who have previously very happily lived in the house and put a lot of energy into making into a beautiful home. They are very responsive whenever there is anything to fix or sort in the house.
