Student Room close to UOY Campus

We are a group of students who lost a housemate at the beginning of term, we are looking for someone to take their place in the contract.
Relatively quiet house, no incessant partying but also not hermits!
2 Bathrooms, Kitchen + Living Room, with all rooms being doubles.
The room we're advertising is a downstairs room directly next to a bathroom shared with 1 other person.
We're not fussy about who takes the place, we're just enthusiastic to find someone!
Our bills are £17 a week including broadband, bringing the rent to roughly £180 total a week.
Great location, quiet, close to campus and the gym, close to a co-op, and on an off-road so not any road noise!
