Room available in Southbank house

A spacious double room is available in a house in Southbank, very close to the Knavesmire and Rowntree Park. There is a bus stop that takes you into the city centre or the station very close by, or it's a 20 minute walk.

The house will be occupied by myself and one other person. We're females in our late twenties who enjoy travelling, hiking, visiting new exhibitions and going for drinks with friends. The shared area includes a kitchen, dining room, separate living room, bathroom and garden.
