Large Double Room in Family Home

My husband and I have a large double room with king size bed and Smart TV available in our 4 bed family home with all bills & broadband included.
You will share our spare front living room with our current lodger only. (We have our own living room at the back of the house) The front living room is available for your use weekday evenings and all weekend. I work from home in the living room during the weekdays.
You will also share a bathroom with our other lodger only (We have our own en suite bathroom)
You will have shared use of our spacious kitchen/dining room, utility room (containing shower, sink, toilet, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher), and our large rear garden.
We have 2 dogs and a cat that are very much part of the family however, there is a gate to prevent them entering the front living room and upstairs. (We do sometimes take them to bed with us though!) the cat will wander anywhere she likes!
We are a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop for buses to York city centre and Strensall (First York No 5/5A.)
Acomb is a 20-30 min walk and you can walk into York along the River Ouse which takes approx 1 hour or a 15 min drive. Clifton Moor is also only a 15 min drive. On street parking is available.
