I'm looking for another female professional to join me in renewing the contract for my current house for another year. I would also consider a fully funded PhD researcher. The house is situated in Holgate, 10 mins walk from the station, and 15 minutes from the city centre and Bishy road. The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, garden and open plan living room and kitchen. The room included a double bed and storage. Bills are about £150 pcm but may go up with rising energy bills!
My current housemate sadly has to move back to the US. So, I am looking for a friendly, relatively clean housemate who has similar interests. A little bit about me...
