There is the option of renting the whole flat for £2000 pcm including all bills or paying £1250 pcm, all bills included, for the room and sharing the flat with one other professional/postgraduate. So you can just rent a room and use of all the flat facilities.

It is a comfortable, peaceful, warm and well equipped flat with a spacious living room area and provision for study areas. The double room is ensuite and the single has use of a separate bathroom. There is free parking. It is a second floor flat with a lift.

The monthly rent includes all bills and a two hour weekly flat clean. There is a two month notice period but applicants who intend to stay at least a year are favoured.
