You will be taking over someone who has vacated the building, currently it is just me, you will have your own bedroom with lots of storage space and we share the living, bathroom and kitchen space together.
Rent is paid directly to a lettings agency.

I received my keys 22.11, so I am still setting up a lot and somethings are estimated.

Rough breakdown of your share of bills;

Gas and electric - £54.50 (£109 total)

Council tax band B - £70 estimated (based off York council website).
**I'm still waiting on my bill for this.

Water bill - £20 estimated (based off of UK average).
**I'm still waiting on them to reply.

There is no WiFi or TV licence, yet.

All other bills payments to me, we can always set up an account together at a later date if you prefer. I can provide proof of bills etc.
