Double bed room, 1 semester tenancy

4 girls, second year Uni of York students looking for another easy going, friendly girl student to move into a double bed starting as soon as possible till July 11. Rent is £175 per person per week, we are currently using Resooma for bills which is around £60 per month. The house has a large kitchen with a breakfast table, separate living room, 2 full bathrooms and a courtyard with bike storage. The room has a double bed, desk, wardrobe and drawers overlooking the courtyard. Parking is available with a council fee, however we are exempt from council taxes as this is a student house. Location is right across from Walmgate Bar and is close to town and both YSJ and Uni of York, as well as amenities around such as a Waitrose, B&M, Morrisons and Lidls. MUST be a student at any University.
