The heating being on is not an issue as i believe the house should be kept warm all of the time and heating is included in the amount for the room.

The double room is a good size with high ceilings. The bathroom is a great space with a roll top bath as well as a shower.

The kitchen is decent size with a double oven, electric hob and a microwave with conventional oven incorporated within it.

There is a communal garden that can be fully utilised. There is also a car parking space right outside the property.

The greatest feature of this house is the fact that it is situated in the leafy green 'Heworth Green' area. The house itself is off road in a very quiet secluded courtyard space with very little noise.
