Room available for the property at 21 second avenue in York. This is a very lovely room and house located in heworth, york st john is 0.9 miles and university of York is 2 miles away. This is a room letted with ig property. I am looking for a housemate to swap with as I need to be out of the house as soon as possible. We are looking for a person who is a student and respects housemates, and does not create too much noise if possible. A person who is happy to chill with housemates, and hang out or keep to themslelves. And most of all, a housemate who helps keep the house tidy. The housemates are lovely and are excited to meet someone new to hang out with, we do have a deaf housemate who is really lovely. This house includes all bills and Internet. The house has a shared living room, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom including sink and shelves for toiletries and a shower, garden and shed. There is also a tumble dryer and washing machine. The house and room are furnished, the room has a cupboard and wardrobe, desk, double bed. (The table side drawers, tv, posters, bedding are not included). This room is a wonderfully quiet and spacious room that has done me well in my tenancy,
