1 double bedroom

My flatmate Reece is moving out in January after a couple of years together :( so now looking for a new flatmate! It’s a really nice double room, the kitchen is all new and the bathroom’s nice / share living room at the front as well. Got washing machine and tumble dryer. It’s just a nice little house really. Sainsburys and Co-op nearby. Only a 10 minute walk from town (or 5 if you speed run it). Your share of rent will be £375 to landlord and then there’s council tax which I do and your share will be £100ish plus gas and electric. So yeah not too bad if this is the sort of thing you’re looking for. Do let me know if you’re interested. My name’s Elliot btw, I’m 24. I’m a very chilled dude / always up for chatting + hanging out but equally happy to be in my own space. Also there’s a cat called Mrs Beans that comes to hang out sometimes. Cheers :) ps.
