Room to rent in York near city centre. 1 double bedroom in a 3 bed house living with me.

I am 29 years old, a working professional who works from home in home office 3 days per week and is in London 2 days per week. Regularly away on weekends too. Fully furnished room and house however I am flexible if you want to use your own furniture. Shared living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen. South facing garden, huge garage for storage. 2 bathrooms and 2 showers open to sharing or having 1 per person.

Very flexible on duration of stay and contract. I am currently living happily alone but would like some help with the bills.

As long as you are clean and respectful I am very open to housemate.
