York St John Student Accommodation

I've moved out of my Brickworks accommodation and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as soon as possible

This tenancy is available exclusively to York St John’s students. The building has a range of facilities including a private gym, cinema room, and a large social space with football tables and pool tables. The room is on the first floor with an ensuite, desk and plenty of storage and is ready to move in at any time. There are currently 2 males and 2 females living in the flat.

Rent is £190 a week and tenancy lasts until the 19/07/2025. First instalment of £2850 due on 13/01/2025.
