En Suite Room for Students at Abode York - Sep 25

I have a room available at the absolutely lovely Abode York.
I have lived here for 2 years and can honestly say it is really lovely place to live.

Looking for a student to take over my tenancy in a PREMIUM en-suite room in Abode, York for 25/26. The weekly cost is £225 for 48 weeks, starting on 06 September 2025 to 29 August 2026. This price is the rebooking price for previous tenants and so is cheaper than the general price. Wifi provided for free and all bills are included except TV licence.

The room is available for £225 per week, I got this at a special price as I was a re-booker so if you were to book direct with abode it would be £245 per week, so you'd be saving 945 over the year if you wanted to take my offer.
The tenancy period is: Tenancy Period: 06 September 2025 to 29 August 2026
Essentially if you did want to take my room, we just need to e-mail and confirm that you're happy to take it, I'd give you the e-mail address and then they just take it forward from there. You wouldn't be sub letting from me and it's all very legit and straight forward, I actually got the room from someone else who was no longer staying so was in exact same position as you :)

The site includes a reception, parcel collection, gym, laundry room, games room and a common room.

I booked for next year but due to placements in other locations (I study medicine), I need to find a flatmate to take over from me.

My room is gorgeous, it's a double bed, overlooking the river, with a massive study desk, storage area and a big bathroom.
I'm really sad to leave.

Please note we can ONLY accept STUDENTS - you must be a current student at York St John or York University.
It really is a lovely place to live.
