Spacious double room available now

I am willing to put some money towards the final rent payment. I have moved out to live with my boyfriend so I am looking for someone to take over my room for the remainder of the let (until the 9th of July). As I have paid the February rent there is only one final payment of £2,527 to be paid in April. The housemates are lovely and clean, it's a really nice house, perfectly located between town and campus west, so it's about a 15-20 walk either way. The room has a 3/4 bed and is spacious, with a bay window.
