I am due to move into another property by the end of June, and so will sadly be leaving my current house. As such, the room is available only between mid-June and the 1st of August. Bills (including wifi) are £87 per month, and is on a fixed rate, meaning you can use as much heat and electricity as you like. The current tenants are a very friendly, welcoming, and studious group of post-graduate students who are keen to socialise in a calm, quiet house.
