2 double bedrooms, single occupancy each to rent in a 3-bed house. To share the whole house only with another person. Both double bedrooms. Female tenants preferred

Room 2 has a double bed with single tall Wadrobe, study table and chair.
Both rooms have comfortable mattress, pillows and duvets.

3-piece bathroom upstairs with another toilet downstairs.
Shared living room and kitchen.
Living room has a large sofa, coffee table and coat hangers. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, large American fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and dual fuel cooker. Bowls, plates, pots, pans and cutleries provided. All the electrical equipments in the house are highly energy efficient.
Bills include council tax, water, WiFi but not the electricity and gas so that you do not have to worry about landlord limiting the heating.
There is a driveway for one car and off road parking present.
South facing garden with area for seating
15 minutes walk to Aldi, 20 minutes walk to York Hospital (0.8miles) & 30 minutes walk to York Minster.
Bus stop at the front of the house.
