I’m the landlady of a spacious, fully furnished, two bedroom student house on Alcuin Avenue. The house has two bedrooms, a study with desks and comfy office chairs and bathroom upstairs. The living area, kitchen and dining areas are downstairs. It also has a secure lovely garden with patio and bike storage.

The house is in a quiet area with the number six bus stop right outside. It is a two minute walk from Tang Hall co-op, a pharmacy, a bakery and takeaway’s. It’s an 18 minute walk to Campus West and 30 minute walk to Campus East. The rent is £230 per person per week starting on the 10th of September for 12 months and includes Gas, Electric, Water, TV license, broadband and gardening services. There is also parking available to the side of the house.
