The house is located in Acomb, just a stone’s throw from all its shops and amenities. It’s served by two bus stops that are both within 2 minutes walk from the house. York city centre is a 14 minute bike ride from the house. The house has a communal living room and dining area, and a separate kitchen with the usual appliances. There is permitted street parking if you have a car, and secure bike storage.

The room is furnished and has plenty of storage.

Household bills and expenses are split equally and come to £100-110 per month on average over the year (council tax, internet, water, gas & electricity)

The two roomates are young professionals in mid/late twenties. They are sociable and enjoy spending time with others, but are also respectful of other’s space.
