Furnished double bedroom close to city centre

Hiya!

I’m Sofia and I have a double bedroom available to let in my house. It’s furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and mirror.

The house is a 2 minutes walk from Bishopthorpe road, 5/10 minutes away from the city centre and 10 minutes away from the train station. It has on street parking (a permit is needed).

There’s a shared kitchen diner, living room, bathroom, toilet and small garden. Council tax and utilities are not included.

I’m Italian, very sociable and I love outdoor activities, crafts and eating out so I’m looking for a female renter with similar interests and to get on well with!
