The room is in an apartment in the Huntington Road area of York. There is easy access to the city centre which is 30 mins to walk or bus in under 10 mins. The apartment is also a short bus ride away from York District Hospital. As I live in at the property there is access to shared bathroom, living room and Kitchen area. There is also some space adjacent to the room which can be utilised. I do work full-time and ideally would like someone who is also working. The apartment also has a pleasant outlook onto grass and trees.
