Double room in a quiet house in a cul-de-sac near the city centre. 3 bedrooms, a garden, kitchen and lounge. All bills included in the price and a cleaner every two weeks (for the communal areas).

The room is available from September 2026.

Looking for a professional or postgraduate student - someone quiet and clean ideally.

I work at the University of York but am based in London - so will be in the house on average 2-3 nights every two weeks (it may be more or less depending on travels and what I am doing).

There is also a single room which I will also be renting out - if you are interested in both rooms (so having most of the house most of the time do let me know).
