Decent Sized Room in Acomb

The house is situated just off the main high street. Post Office, Blue Bird Bakery, Morrisons and a range of decent pubs all within 5 minutes.

I am a live in landlord but I work a fair bit and will often be out and about. I'm open to the idea of pets (probably just cats) but we can discuss this. I haven't had a lot of time to furnish the place a lot but definitely ok with any ideas you had to spruce up the place. I currently don't have a hob and have been using a plug in induction hob. The plan is to develop the kitchen at some point.

All bills are included; gas & electric, council tax & internet. I don't mind if you are a couple, however, the price would increase to £620/month. I'm open to short-term lets as well if preferable.
